Talk to Media going back to their roots!

South Yorkshire based, marketing agency Talk to Media has teamed up with Austerfield Study Centre to help with its latest fundraising drive to offer first class facilities for the next generation.

The full-service agency has offered the environment education centre a free PR campaign to help raise its profile and to support its ongoing fundraising campaign in which it needs to raise £200,000.

The study centre welcomes in the region of 4,000 primary school pupils every year and has welcomed young people from Nottinghamshire, North Lincolnshire and Yorkshire for environmental based day visits and residential trips for the past 40 years.

In its biggest fundraising campaign to date, the study centre is looking to raise the cash to be able to buy new residential accommodation by 2016 and by 2020 to have a visitor centre, collaborative social spaces for both schools and the local community to use as well as first class learning environments, fully equipped with the latest technology to bring learning to life.

Stacey Morgan, Talk to Media PR and Social Media manager explains: “As a company, we wanted to support Austerfield Study Centre as many of the team have at some point during their education visited the centre and remember what a fantastic time they had.

“We will be working with the study centre until the end of 2016 with the backing of a profile raising campaign to further promote the study centres fantastic work they do with young people and in the public domain.”

Nigel Senior of Austerfield Study Centre said: “We are truly grateful to the team at Talk to Media for pledging their support to our vision for the future. We are a social enterprise run by a small team of volunteers and we are all very excited about the partnership and getting our campaign in front of people that could potentially help us.

“Whether it’s £1 towards our campaign or people donating their time to help us – every little helps!”
