The new CFS website had to be quick and easy for customers to navigate through the wide range of services they offer. The buying process itself also had to be streamlined to make it easier for customers to reach the point of purchase.
Based it on their recent rebrand, also designed by Talk To Media, the new website is clean and modern. The homepage immediately displays adspots to key areas of the site. A call-to-action also enables users to get started straight away by entering their desired company name. The site also features a live chat feature to make it easier for customers to ask questions as they browse.
The new website now makes it easier for customers to make a purchase online, without the need for calling CFS to get more information. This saves valuable time for staff at CFS to complete the administration work and therefore provide a faster customer service. With its new content structure, the site will also perform better in Google search results, bringing new customers to CFS over time.
