Brief

The Metrodome in Barnsley launched its hidden treasure – Calypso Cove Waterpark and wanted a website to back up its fun for all the family nature and to ultimately increase footfall.
BPL also wanted customers to be able to purchase tickets through the site to assist staff at the Metrodome Leisure Complex main reception during busy swimming times.

Solution

We created a fun packed website encompassing all the information any family looking to visit would need to know, along with an interactive map of the venue and lots of bright imagery.
The website was initially created to drive traffic from Barnsley and the rest of South Yorkshire.

Outcome

In line with the website, we created a digital marketing campaign including Google AdWords, Facebook advertising and email marketing.
The February 2015 half term digital marketing campaign helped Calypso Cove achieve a record breaking week in terms of foot traffic and overall spend at the venue.
