Alhambra's Roaring Summer of Fun

Brief

The Alhambra Shopping Centre asked us to devise a series of events and competitions across the summer of 2013, with a view to increasing the centre’s overall footfall.

Solution

Roaring Summer Fun was one such event – two weeks of dinosaur-themed arts and crafts workshops in the centre, and competitions for children and families. The design work included a 2m tall backdrop, press advertising and competition entry materials.

Outcome

Across the two week period, footfall at the centre was 0.4% higher than the previous year. The treasure hunt competition had over 300 entries and over 100 children entered their artwork for our colouring-in competition.
