Salary: £17,000.00 to £22,000.00 per year

We integrate web design, digital marketing, PR, graphic design and social media to establish and develop successful brands. We offer a fast-paced supportive environment where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in graphic design.
Working alongside the Design Manager and the Web Development Manager, you will be responsible for the design of a wide variety of marketing campaigns for a range of exciting clients – both regional and national. Teamwork and communication both play a large part of our day-to-day process so we would expect you to have input during meetings and also to speak to clients where necessary to develop good working relationships.
The ideal candidate will need a minimum of 2 years agency experience and will be self- sufficient in handling design projects from start to finish.

Typical day-to-day activities will include
Print design – magazine & newspaper adverts, branding, posters, leaflets
Digital design – fully responsive websites, emails, digital ads
Large format design – billboards, signage, outdoor digital banners
Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback
Communicating with clients via email or phone to get feedback or approval of work
Supporting senior staff with small admin tasks
Answering the phone (responsibility shared with other staff – full training will be given)
Reporting to the Design Manager & Directors
It would be advantageous if you have an understanding of:
